3. Seoul’s Strange Nights
As ‘J’, I visited the D-belt in Yangcheon-gu, a data experimentation city on the outskirts of Seoul.
It was a seemingly ordinary administrative town,
but inside were financial, communications, and AI systems that were not connected to EdenChain..
